Migraine a symptom?

I got a horrible migraine yesterday and was wondering if any of you have experienced this as an early symptom. I've also been having tingling in some of my toes, peeing frequently, mild cramping and backache and today some lower leg pain. Af is due around the fourteenth and I took a pregnancy test last night and the night before with no good result :(

Have you previously suffered from migraines? I was told by my doc that as I'm prone to hormonal migraines, for me it will go one of two ways: I'll either have nonstop horrible migraines throughout my pregnancy, or none at all.

​Migraines can be caused by fluctuations in hormones, so it could be a sign! I've never heard of the tingling in the toes though? Honestly, that makes me think more "pinched nerve" in the back or neck? (I am not a dr though! Lol)
