Painful period anyone?

Question

My period cramp gets so bad that sometimes I faint. I take about 8 midols within 24 hours to numb the pain but the pain is so bad. I LITERALLY take off work everytime i have cramps and it gets me very upset. Does anyone have the same problem? Is this something I should worry about or is it normal? :( thanks

my friend had a very similar issue missing tons of school . she went to her OBGYN and was put on birth control , i would definitely visit your OBGYN and see what they reccomend. (: hope the cramps get better

I would definitely go see your doctor if it is so painful that your fainting. 
​I get uncomfortable cramps but nothing that a couple ibuprofen and a heating pad can't keep under control.  
​What you're experiencing sounds extreme and worth talking to your doctor about.

Well if you faint i would say no and go see a doctor.
