Confuse

Hello everyone I have my regular period that last 3 days, every day after it finish, I've been feeling sick, I want to throw up, feeling tired, having headache, I go to the wash room and put my finger to my throat and throw up but it's the still the same, it doesn't go away.. My boyfriend ask me to take a pregnancy test and yes it's negative, I feel like something is wrong with me and I don't know what it is, I need some advice does anyone ever felt like this and what was the reason for it??? Or should I go to the doctor to check it out????
