Should I take a HPT?

My boyfriend & I had sex & used the pull out method on April 1st & April 3rd. I was expecting my period on April 8th, but it hasn't come yet which is kinda unusual for me. It's usually right on time. I have really sore nipples, I get lightheaded/dizzy, I have weak period like cramps in my hip area, as well as lower back pains (kind of weak but noticeable). Do you think it's too early for a pregnancy test? Or should I even take one? Honestly, I can't go buy one myself; I love in a rural area & the only people who have a license is my parents... They would be so pissed if they knew I thought I was pregnant. Especially my mom. Is there any tricks around obtaining one? Thanks for your answers!
