Spotting at 9-10DPO??

Hi, 
​I just started spotting so randomly tonight, and it was brown... I have no cramping or any pain... AF isn't due until the 19th (April) 
​Any thoughts? Could this be spotting from implantation?

Well the mild cramping has pretty much gone away, light pink spotting this morning. 
​This doesn't feel/look like my normal periods, which are very regular to the exact day. Of course, I know I can only be patient and wait and see- just trying to get others thoughts and if they have expierenced implantation bleeding while trying to conceive.
