Trying to concieve, loosing hope ;(

I was on yaz for 7 years & then switch to the nuvaring for 4 months.. I'm 23 years old, been off of all birth control since December.. Been taken prenatal vitamins since getting off BC.. Trying to get pregnant, but nothing yet. Does anybody have any advice on what to do to get pregnant?? Anything that worked?? Helppppp
