clomid success??

has anyone had any success on clomid without iui?? my doc just prescribed me and wanted to know the journey you ladies went on! :)

aww man. well my doc wants me to do 3m, another semen analysis, then do the clomid with iui so hopefully i have some luck within those 3m! baby dust to you!

Makes me ovulate each month, which means it does what it is supposed to do, but haven't gotten pregnant yet. Did six consecutive months in 2012-2013 (clomid only) and did February and March of this year (w/ HCG trigger). Seeing a new doctor on the 30th to move on to IUI. I think it gives me issues with fertile CM though. Good Luck!

now what if im just doin clomid without the iui?? has anyone had any luck with just that?

Hi heather :)
​I've actually used clomid for 11 consecutive months and didn't have any luck with it. According to my 14 day scan, my body did react well to the meds but it didn't result in any pregnancies. So next month we're trying clomid again along with IUI so we're praying for the best.

Hi Heather - we just had a thread recently that talked about successes with IUI but, yes lots of people have had great success with this including my own sister. Best of luck to you!
