16 and considering having a child

Dont judge!! But my boyfriend is 24 and we have been together for 9 months... We havnt had sex and are waiting till im at least 17.... He says he wants to try having kids at 18.... Would that be stuoid of me?!? I lobe the guy... But kids at 18 is kind of stupid right?!? But on the other hand he will be 26 and i dont want him to have to wait to have kids... We know we are the one for eachother... U know when u know right?!? Should i make him wait for kids orr just do what makes him happy?!?
