Pain on left side?

Ive got a tiny twinge of pain on the left side of my abdomen, pretty much on the edge of the hip. It comes every so often and lasts about a second, but it's still worrying to me... I'm hoping it's wind or something and not something more sinister like an ectopic pregnancy. I've had mild cramps in the middle lower abdominal area and the pain on the left isn't really cramping. Help :(
