NO to Depo Shot!
It is way soooo effective but it will ruin your hormones BIG time. No period at all and the worst part you will have all the pregnancy symptoms. Took me 10months to be in my cycle again and lasted for 9days. It will give you worst mood swings too. Just try other contraceptive.
