Early pregnancy signs

I'm just curious as to what early pregnancy signs people might of experienced. I'm not actively TTC and am on birth control (cerelle mini pill) however a couple of weeks ago i missed a couple of days due to illness, I then had unprotected sex 3 days before an on calculated date of ovulation. I'm not due on for another week but am experiencing PMS like symptoms, bloating, cramps, back ache already. Usually I get cramps the day my period starts but no other symptoms. It's not much and may be nothing but did anyone get any early signs like this before they were even late? It's too early to test yet.
