Weird pain then blood...implantation?
So I had some strange cramps hit me hard for about 20 minutes and then there was some bleeding (not enough to fill a pad or tampon). Now it is completely gone. Could this have been implantation? When I was younger my periods would start/stop/start again, so I guess it could be that too but I'm hoping not!
