Misscarrige. HELP! Please

I misscaried at 4 weeks having a chemical pregnancy. Even though it was unplanned it took a very big toll on me and my partner. We are now trying to concieve (still awaiting BFP) FX but we are kind of scared to tell people If I become pregnant again because of the fear of another cm.
