Please help!!

Ok so I recently posted that my husbands sperm test revealed some sperm but they are all dead. We have just realised that he has worn polyester football shorts for about 15 years!!! Could this really kill off every single one of his swimmers??? I know that heat can kill them and lower sperm count but is it possible that wearing those for so long can kill them all off???
