Pregnant?

Is it possible to get pregnant without penetration? So I'm on bc (I've been on it for 2 months now) about 2 weeks ago my bf and I were having "faux sex" I think is what it's call and he had precum that got really close to and probably on my vagina... But I'm not 100% sure. Then about 4 days ago we had sex and he used a condom. According to the pills the white ones started Sunday and I still haven't gotten my period.. Could I be pregnant?
