Hypothyroid meds question!!!

Hi, I take thyroxine. I've been on this med for 6mos now... My question is, can u still take fish oil supps and preg supps in the AM when I take this medication...? I have had conflicting info given to me about taking anything with this medication on a 4-5hour space each side..? As the pack says I shouldn't take any iron supps in a time frame while taking it, but GP suggests it would b ok.... !! My supps should b taken 2x daily, Marne and nocte... Anyone else in the same boat..?
