This is my first cycle TTC. I'm doing bbt & opk. Tried cervix position & CM but wasn't sure I was doing it correctly. I'm day 3 into my fertile window & have not had my LH Surge yet. I know I have all week to get it but how early into your fertile window do you ladies usually get a +opk?
