Condom broke

This morning me and my boyfriend had sex. When we got done the condom was broke after his penis. He took it off and no semen was in there and he came therefore he came inside me right? I didn't feel anything but i knew he did. Does semen have to come out? Could i feel it? What are my chances of being pregnant?
