Can u ovulation strips as pregnancy tests?

My AF is due tomorrow. I've been told you can use ovulation strips as pregnancy test???

Answer

Not reliably. The theory is that the chemical structure of HCG is similar to LH, but using OPKs as a pregnancy test is not considered reliable.
