Don't know what's wrong! Help?!

So here is the thing. I've been sick for the past month or so puking not being able to eat or when i can eat I eat way more then normal. Cramping and pains in my lower abdomin still getting af but it's always late and not how it normally is I've taking home test and the doc have done urine but not blood. Should I ask for blood to be done or is this just in my head cause I want a baby so bad! Someone help!!
