Faint positive

Today I did a pregnancy test did not notice a second line so I threw it in the garbage then went shopping with fiancé he mentioned I should check the test again as I only left it for a min .I would say we returned home 2 hours later and to me there was a faint positive line and I do meant faint I showed it to him and he agreed . Tested again today still faint and had to wait again prob 30 mins today before I seen the faint line I think it's wishful thinking that we are seeing a line seems to be a long time before it shows up but also have not had a period since March when we mc.Is it possible the faint line could be from the mc ?
