Period?

When you're on your period, mine usually lasts 5-6 days but my blood/discharge is brown on the 7th day.. Does that count as still being on my period... For accurate results on the glow chart?

I'd say the days you actually need a tampon/pad are period days, otherwise it's spotting? I do the 2 days, 3rd day pause, 4th day super light sometimes 5th day spotting.

You are suppose to count each day you bleed weither it's just spotting or just a drip until you see no dark or pink color, that's what my doctor told me so if it only spots on the 5th day and stops but then comes back the next day you are still on a period until it actually disappears ( hate it)

Same thing happens to me,
​I have a 2 days full period then it stoppes for the third day,
​It comes back the 4th day as spotting & sometimes it lasts for 4 more days.its annoying

I only count the days I have full on bright red flow.
