Am i going crazy!?!?

I was sooo hopeful for this month like i knew it was my month, i am now 1dpo and that feeling is gone!!!! Like idk i feel like crap like theres no hope this month!!! I just had my first temp spike to indicate i O'd i just feel worthless today i also used the Smep and conceive easy and preseed even fertility bracelets!!!?!? Idk what to do or think anymore?!?!?!

I usually have that same cycle of hope and loss of hope. I'm super optimistic right until I ovulate, and then I change my mind and think it's not gonna happen. Maybe my mind's way if protecting itself? Do your best not to be too positive or too negative for the next two weeks (I know, impossible) and hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised at the end!!

Well you did all you possibly could this month. So don't let your hormones get the best of you! You have a good shot at that BFP, and the 2ww is definatly the worst!! But keep your head up, and keep busy during your wait! Good Luck!!
