Confused

Have had so many pregnancy symptoms, I've never had them before and I know they are not AF symptoms as I am lucky enough and don't get any pains or anything she just kind of pops up when she's due. My period is now 3 days late, it's NEVER late. I took a clearblue test today but came up negative. I thought maybe I tested at the wrong time. I tested at night time. I have purchased a first response test and am doing it this afternoon. Has anyone tested with first response during the day and gotten a positive? So hope this is positive, otherwise there's something very wrong with my body :(
