OPK time test?

Question

Whens the best time of day to do the ovulation test? At night or in the morning. It says to limit your fluid intake 2 he's before hand so does it really matter? It also says to start testing cd 5, I'm only cd4 or I could be 5 because I had some spotting on Wednesday (23rd). So do I test today or tomorrow?

It depends on your cycle when to test.i you have shorter cycle length then test frm the start to mid days n if you have longer cycle length test from mid to end! 
​Test shoul be done in noon! Skip water for two hours before testing! GL!
