Hurting really really bad ..

I can't afford to take a trip to the ER , I have an appointment with my OB on Thursday . But I'm having really bad right sided cramps . Yesterday I had mild AF cramps that didn't last long . But now It feels like I have a lot if pressure in my side on my ovary . It's subsided some but when I was pregnant with my son I had a cyst at about 4 weeks . I'm hoping it has something to do with me being pregnant ...
