Can't sleep!
Ive recently moved and haven't been working for the first time since I was 17. I've always worked or went to school. I'm 28 now. I just moved 3 months ago and in the past month started struggling with insomnia all over again. Recently went through a divorce and started a new relationship within the last 2 years.. Anyways, this if the first time I've have problems with my insomnia and not wing able to sleep since I quit going out and parting 11 months ago. I joined a gym an started working out for an hour or two a day.. I'm doing this in the middle of the day hoping it would help me occupy some time. I am busy around the house taking care of animal an all the daily chores. However it's not helping. Should I try working out at night, a couple hours before bed instead? I also have pcos and have been struggling with my emotions as I have gained 30 lbs I lost last year and just the pain of pcos in general. Any suggestion would be appreciated!
