A serious question !!!!

Frances • I`m married, been trying to conceive over two years and still no luck.
Has anyone sneezed, coughed or moved the wrong way and had like a rubber band feeling in your uterus area pop ??? 
​I haven't had that feeling for about two months now BUT has happend in those ways, left side, right side , middle etc... A rubber band pop that would hurt for a good second.
