Is there a preferred time of day to use opk?

Getting discouraged by negative tests :/

I try first thing in the mornings and the line hasn't changed in color, should I try a different time of the day?

I do first thing when I wake up, and in the evening when I get home from work. Got a positive last night! Definitely would recommend 2x a day.

I used the clear blue digital and did mine at 530am and 530 pm. Everyday from cd6 until I got positive at cd 12

I take mine usually around 10am and 2pm. I try and "hold it" for at least 3 hours so I can get a clear reading.

When I got pregnant in January I would take them around 2pm but actually got my positive opk late morning that cycle. So this cycle I've been doing them 10am (first or second urine depending when I get up) and I've gotten my high and peak results :)

I have tried the clear blue easy digital and first response, all negatives, my cervix is very soft and cm seems ready. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I def wanna trust my symptoms more than these tests lol

I started using the clear blue digital and I do it first thing in the morning when I wake up. Maybe try those because I always had such a hard time reading the other sticks that I bought. This one is so much easier.
