Trying for the first a long time

Hey everyone! First post :) so me and DH have been TTC for ever it feels like. Last Aug I miscarried that was really hard. We have been trying so hard ever since with no success I have even been on 2 rounds of Fermera so far. My period is irregular so doc thinks I don't ovulate every month but even on these pills still no luck. However! My nipples have hurt like crazy the past week or so, no breast tenderness, and no pain at all in my abdomen just a lot of bloating and gas ( tmi sorry lol) from this app and the my day app it says I'm 3 days over due, which can be normal at times. I did take a dollar store test and it was neg but my miscarriage pregnancy was only caught by blood test all urine came back Negitive. But I don't remember my nipples hurting when touched other then the last time I was pregnant. Anyone else have experienced my situation? I don't want to even get remotely excited because I have been let down so much. Thanks for reading :) would love to hear responses!
