Postpartum changes

I started spotting yesterday and ever since I had my son nine months ago I've had a lot of pain in my right ovary . I had an appointment for today but thought af showed up so I changed it .. However the blood is brown .. It's not new blood and it's not very much . I started getting this really uncomfortable feeling in my side last night and now it's worse . It's not all that bad it's just persistent feels like a cyst I Suppose ? It hasnt been long since I resumed my cycle .. AF comes about every six weeks . But I haven't ever hurt like this .. Maybe I'm just being a baby because I went 17 months without AF, but I really don't remember hurting like this . There's a lot of pressure in my right ovary and I'm getting sharp pains in my pelvis area . I know I need to have it checked , and I'm going too my appointment is tuseday and if the pain gets to bad I'll go to the ER . But has anyone had this ? There is a chance I might not be ovulating since I'm. Breast feeding , and there is a chance I could be pregnant .. I had a few faint test but they never got any darker so I just disregarded them , with my son I had a cyst at about 4/5 weeks that hurt so bad it'dwake me up during the night . But I never bled /spotted . This feels nothing like AF cramps at all to me . ..
