Ovulation tests

Glow says my fertile window will start on the 5th, i have been testing for the past 3 days and been getting faint lines on my opk's does this mean i am getting close to ovulation?? I am going away tommorow for holiday and dnt think i will be testing, but will bd anyway just to cover my days did anyone get positives after few days of faints? I do normally ovulate around cycle day 19-22 and i am on cycle day 19 today
