Selfish??

My guy and I have been really good friends for a while and recently started hooking up. We have had sex 2 times so far and he usually is nice to me and treats me fairly well and we've had fun, but both times once he finished he would just stop and say "I'm done" then ask for head?? Also I would ask him to change positions or move around and he wouldn't because he didn't want too, and it hurt pretty bad the last time and I had to keep calling his name and get his attention to get him to go easier. He's a bit selfish in bed is a good way of putting it. (Other similar stuff has happened) Does anyone else have these or similar problems? If so how do you deal with them or make them more "equal"?
