Cm and ovulation prob TMI no pic though

Megan • Trying for our third! First baby a miscarriage, chemical then rainbow. Second baby 9 months of trying 4 with clomid. Hoping for a quick easy pregnancy for #3
So I have very watery CM and noticed a few spots of blood. Is it normal to have spotting with ovulation? I have not had a normal cycle since coming off BC in January (got pregnant then had a misscarriage) so I have no idea how long it should be but I am on cycle day 15. I'm pretty sure it can't be implantation because I don't think I have ovulated yet.
