9month old when to ..

Okay ladies for the ones who have little ones , or any pediatricians .. When and how is the best way to introduce whole milk he'll be 10 months in 13 days (holy cow can't believe it) He's still nursing , we went from exclusively breast feeding to starting solids this month .. But I know it's ideal to have them on cows milk by the time they're one even though there is no reason to stop breast feeding after the first year .. But I'm getting cyst on my ovaries from not ovulating regulary . He's learning to drink out of a sippy cup .. He's doing pretty good for a first timer , but if you have any tips on how to introduce cows milk into his diet , I know he still needs the nutrients from breast milk , but is it okay to start giving him milk like mixed in with his cereal ?? Or do I need to wait the two more months out ... With  just giving him breast milk ONLY .
