(TMI) Question??

So every timewhen i wake up fron a nap or in the morning  i have this bad nausous feeling like in really gonna throw up but i dont but today i woke up at 4:00am and my tunny was really hurting so i went into the bathroom and just strarted gaging i just threw up flem what does morning sickness feel like? Do you always throw up when you have morning sickness?Is this morning sickness?
