Soooo beyond confused ..

Okay SOO I started spotting on the 30th .. It lasted two days and never really got any heavier and then last night I started having more cm again ? My periods are normally 5 days long I even checked my cervix and there was NOTHING but cm ?? What was that . It wasn't ever heavy it was way to light to wear a tampon . I just worea pad  And I had some light cramping and a weird pain in my ovaries that had me in a lot of pain . And ever since I got out of bed I've even having cramps .
