What's the cervix like when pregnant?

Candi • Baby one born March 2016! Was TTC for 20 months. Baby 2 born 6/2019. TTC for 20 months. Now TTC baby #3. Scar on my tummy is from surgery I had as a baby.
Hey ladies (those who are or have been pregnant) what is the cervix like during pregnancy? I am on CD44 (normal in between CD29-32) and no period. My cervix has been open and wet most days. This morning I woke up and it was really right and closed. What does that mean?
