There is no "should".

Emotions are automatic. We have no control over them. This is one of the first things I learned when I started seeing a psychologist 7 years ago. 
​So I cringe whenever I read someone say, "you shouldn't feel that way" or "your friend should feel differently," etc. There IS NO right or wrong way to feel. All we can do is recognize how we feel, express it, and react in the best way possible to it, and understand that others are not in control of what they feel either.
​What we can do to be supportive of each other during the trials of TTC is to listen without judgement and accept how we and the ones we talk to are feeling, because there is no incorrect way!
