Extremely disturbing dream
I hope no one gets mad that I'm posting this here but I do trust everyone's opinion on here and I really really want some help with this.

I had a dream that, I don't know if he was family or a friend but he was shooting up drugs and he was in a lot of pain emotionally and he had his baby ( my niece) with him and he shot her up with drugs also and she started not being able to breath and I was holding her but then I gave her back to him, then he tried to leave with her but I said I want my niece and he gave her back to me. I begged him not to shoot up that he didn't have to do this and the pain in his eyes was horrible. I seen him shoot her up and I didn't say anything to my mom who was there. I was afraid of getting in trouble with the law. So the dream ended with me putting butter on garlic bread and putting it in the oven. I knew my niece was going to die and I didn't say anything about it. This dream is making me feel like a horrible person, I'm crying right now and I've never ever had a dream like this. What could this possibly mean???? Please I'm very hurt and disturbed by this
