I'm 17 , I'll be making 18 July 6. I have a boyfriend we have been dating for one year and 4 months . We started having sex last year and starting this year everytime we have sex I'm in pain and when we are done there's light blood on him . I'm scared to go to the doctor .

When see hurt for me it turned out I had vaginitis. Went away in a week with antibiotics. Just got all to your doctor :)

You're probably fine, but you should get an exam from a doctor just to be sure! Have you tried using lubrication?  It's possible he's just tearing you because of friction and lube might help.

Don't be scared or embarrassed to go to a doctor. Sexual health is so important. Get an std/sti check to make sure everything is ok. I remember being your age and being really embarrassed to talk to a doctor about these things, but there's no need, every person goes to a doctor for these things and sexual health checkups are so routine for everyone. Even in a committed relationship they are important, especially a routine Pap smear.

You should definitely go get checked out! Pain during intercourse can indicate a bunch of things-from a side effect from the bc pill to an std. It also could be that you aren't engaging in enough fore play before penetration. I have something called vulvadynia that causes pain during inter course but I had to go to the dr to get it figured out. Go! Make sure it's not something that needs treatment!
