Early Conception Symptoms?

This might be crazy, but can you get symptoms just days after you conceive?

​My husband and I have had sex everyday, tues-sun.  
​
​According to Glow I've only been ovulating since the 2nd.
​But since having sex the 29th my boobs and nipples have been sore/sensitive and my nipples seem bigger than normal. 
​I've been have cramps in my ovaries/uterus.  I've also been achy and I've been having this weird sensation in my uterus area like a balloon is filling up and expanding and deflating.
​
​I also am very dry down there compared to my normal ovulation cycles (I was extremely wet from tues-fri, then started to get a lot more dry) 
​
​Could this be my BFP????? 
​Or is my body just playing tricks on me? :(

My boobs did the same thing within a few days of conception. I got a positive test 9dpo and my sticky bean stuck! Just be careful of you test that early because there is always a chance of a chemical pregnancy...

According to your calendar you have not reached your ovulation day yet. The green days are fertile days, not ovulation days. The reason you are considered fertile for several days before ovulation is because sperm can live in the reproductive tract for several days. You should either track your temp or use OPKS to determine when you ovulate. The symptoms you are most likely experiencing are leading up to ovulation.

My boobs started hurting right after ovulation.. I believe it happened a little sooner than glow predicted since I wasn't doing ovulation tests this month.. Few days later dry cm so I figured it was nothing. Started having cramps around 7 dpo.. Which was unusual but figured AF was coming. Nipples started having shooting pain in them where it hurt throughout the night. Still cramps off and on... Yesterday my lower back started hurting and throat a little sore. Woke up this morning with more cramps. Just knew AF was coming today. My sister in law insisted I take a test.. So I got one and went to work to take it. Knowing it wouldn't be positive I was whatever about it since it wasn't my first morning pee... In shock when I saw two lines! PREGNANT!!! Took 3 more tests today to confirm. Good luck! Oh and I've been really nauseous on and off and had a super weird pregnancy dream lol, I don't know if that matters LOL

Please calm down. Implantation could hardly be done. Be patient and wait until AF is late. You could get pregnant this cycle. Good Luck for you!

I have been actively ttc #1. I am noticing symptoms that I have never had before as well. I am a few days dpo, but I am also convinced that if I wasn't trying I probably wouldn't have noticed half of the symptoms. Hoping not to see AF this cycle. Good luck to you as well!
