worry that you might not be a good mom? like seriously, what if you don't do it right and mess everything up? am i the only one who thinks about this?

I am 25 and a wife and mother of three boys 5 months, 2yr & 3yr.

​I am always hard on myself on being a good mother because I want to live up to my mothers standards.... But women don't understand the pressure that they put on young and new mothers to be perfect. My mother is a great mom and has SO much patience and can love and make ANY bodies child act right; but she started out just like me somedays she felt overwhelmed and questioned her own self.

​I say as long as you are giving your children 100% of you then your the best mother in the world for your child and don't let anyone tell you differently!!!

Im a 21 year old mother (nonbiologically) to a 4 year old (boyfriend's daughter). She doesn't even know her real mom. Never has. So obviously I'm doing a better job than her, but everyday I question myself. I am young, but I've committed to her and her father. So, I can only get right?

I always worry that I'm not a good mom. I'm a 23 year old mom of a 5 year old little girl who just thinks I'm the best. When she was little I use to think buying her the best toys and clothes made me a good mom, but now that she's older (still my baby) all she cares about is spending time with me, even if that's just singing with her as she splashes around the tub, or making a cake and letting her frost it. 
​As long as you love you child unconditionally, you child will love you. I ask my daughter if she wants a new mommy sometimes, and she always says "no way Jose" and I always say "well good cause there was no chance lance"
​If you ever feel like a "bad mom" or you're failing, ask the person who knows best, your child, because that's all that's matters.

Yes I worry about that too..I'm a preschool teacher & my kids at school love me! 
​Not to brag but my class is the best lol they are all polite & quite (I got them to be that way,they were very bad at first) 
​& I feel like I can be a parent cause my kids at school loves me a lot yet they respect me & do not misbehave anymore.

​I know that's not compared to being a parent but I feel if I could train those kids them I can train mines lol

​I'm just worried about the future & how my children will be..I share my concerns with my husband & of course he said "stop being negative"

I feel the same way. When DH and I get moved my bother and sister in law are wanting to babysit their daughter and she is around 2. I am scared to death that I will not be good at it. It will give good practice for when I have a baby.
