I need a good rant! Feeling emotional

Had my mirena removed last June. I have longer cycles though (35 days) so been trying around 9 months I know I ovulate as I have used opks & had blood tests done. I already have a 22 month old from a previous relationship who my now fiancé has bought up as we were together before she was born & she has nothing to do with her real 'dad', my partner has a son from a previous relationship & we had a mc last January 2013. The doctor won't refer us through to a fertility specialist yet as we already have children & been pregnant together in the past & I don't think they think there's anything wrong. Just so stressed & emotional at the moment. Everyone around me is having babies or is pregnant,how can my partners ex have a baby with him & she doesn't deserve him(not saying that out of jealousy she can barely look after herself)but I can't:( perfection takes time but I honestly feel like it's NEVER going to happen
