Endometriosis & contiception

I have just been diagnosed with endometriosis, and have been told I'm not aloud to bleed so I have to stop my periods. Witch I don't like because I like to be natural, but I have to decide on a contraception that will be the best for me, and more natural. I was on the jadelle (implant rods) for two years with constant bleeding so that didn't agree with my body. My gp won't proscribe me the pill as I have migraines so I don't know what to go on? I'm only aloud to have my period twice a year so that I don't get endometriosis again. Any suggestions on what I could go on. I'm also on a lot of drugs just to stop the pain until I have surgery. Please help!!!!!
