Scared

So av been having pain in the left pelvic area since I was pregnant and sadly miscarried 3 months ago x the pain not there all the time mostly just there during my period am really freaking myself out looking up in google and reading about ovarian cancer am really scared what if this pain is something to do with cancar and av left it to late x but I had a a ultrasound after my mc so if there were anything wrong wouldn't they have picked it up x
