Confused help advice

So in march me and my boyfriend had sex and were trying to conceive and had sex every day but I ended up getting a late period  and then in April I need up missing my period an on the first day I should of had my period I spotted an it was light pink with a little bit of white mucus in it so I missed my period this month n just spotted that one day could I be pregnant or could I of just missed it for other reasons but today I did have a stomach ache real bad help please!
