TTC #1, DH and hypospadias...(tmi-no pic)

I am just wondering if pregnancy is even possible if partner has hypospadias?  His particular condition does not allow his semen to project.  I'm worried that the sperm won't have the momentum to get where it needs to go.  Currently, he has to "milk" it manually from the base of his penis, and the semen ends up just barely inside.  He had multiple surgeries as a child, and trauma left him on the small side of things, too.
