Our sex lasts 5 minutes!!! Help

Ok ladies, so my husband was my first and only. I lost my virginity to him when I was 17 . We got married at 18. Because I had never been with anyone else I didn't have much experience I only knew what my friends would talk about. My first time lasted literally like 40 seconds. And now I've been married for 4 years and it still lasts about 5-10 minutes. Everyone I talk to they tell me it's not normal!!! How can my husband last longer? Is something wrong with him? :/
