TTC with one Fallopian tube

I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2012 and had my right tube removed. In the last six months my bf and I have been trying to conceive,  but no luck so far. I only just recently started tracking my days and all that, but is it possible for me to still get pregnant? I'm worried I can't and it's starting to take over my thoughts. It's sometimes all I can think about and when I see a mother with her child I feel jealous and depressed because that's all I want.
